I decided to do a historical look at buffs that have come out since last November, and these were the ones I was able to find.

1. Level shift. June 30.
2. Faster healing times. June 25.
3. Respec characters. Some time in February.
4. Slight increase for 2* Capt America's shield. Feb 14.
5. Minor Invisible Woman buff. Jan 13.
6. Major buff for 1* Hawkeye. Dec 18.
7. Moonstone learns Gravity Warp. Dec 5.
8. OBW gains Espionage, Spiderman's Purple becomes useful.. Dec 3.
9. Daken's Pheromone Rage made more effective. Nov 3.

Also, new characters. Have I missed any buffs that the characters have gotten?

    iirc, falcon got minor buff after rework(nerf).
    i think i started play when he came out, so don't remember what exactly were his skills before

    Not even mentioning that making those 4 more yellow matches would allow a second and possibly third tile to be generated.

    The recruit tokens in the current simulator have been buffed. They only have a 4.4% chance of being Bagman. That's a 39% reduction from other recruit tokens!

    A lot of the nerfs to certain characters worked out to be buffs to everyone else. For example rags/cstorm.
