retaliation bug

If you nonstop skip players, right after a player attacking you wins, but before points post, the attacker will pop up for a regular attack before the retaliation attack.

Not sure if this is intended, it seems tied to the way the server resolves creating a retaliation for a player, but it leads to the attacker being able to be targeted twice for one attack.

I've seen this happen a lot, and is especially obvious when someone with a much higher point total, and not in your mmr suddenly pops into your que before the attack registers.
